Camp TrailZ Membership Program

Join our membership program and avoid paying full price for your gear!

Our membership program is simple. Pay a $20 annual membership fee and get 10% off all regularly priced items for 1 year! Exemptions include Clearance Cabin items.

Signing up is simple! Just go through the checkout process to purchase the membership. We will then process your membership (please don’t neglect to include the contact information requested including your email address). In the process of your order you may opt in or out of receiving any newsletters, sale notifications, etc. and we will respect your wishes; however, we do need the contact information to process your membership and set up your account. After we have processed your membership we send you a membership code via email that entitles you to the member’s discount at checkout. From then on, during your membership, whenever you purchase your non-clearanced sporting goods items from Camp TrailZ, simply enter your membership code at the checkout and get the discount!

The quanitiy identified in purchasing a membership refers to years of membership. If you are purch?asing a membership as a gift or for someone else in general, you may do so by including your information (including email) in the general account information and then placing the recipient's contact information (including email address) in the ship to section. We will then create an account for the recipient and send them the membership discount code. A person may purchase as many memberships as they wish. Purchases of any memberships will be applied to extending the duration of the the payor's membership account unless a different recipient is specified.

Memberships are non transferable. If an error is made in purchasing a gift account and the account needs to be transferred, the purchaser will have thirty (30) days to contact us in writing via our contact page with the recipient's contact information to transfer the membership to the intended member. Only one (1) transfer in the first thirty (30) days of a membership account will be permitted. Transfers are not available to renewing membership accounts.

We are normally able to process your membership within 24 business hours (Mon. – Fri. 9am to 6pm MST). However, please note that in rare cases it may take up 3 business days to process your new membership (depending on the volume we have to process). For information regarding your membership including status, membership renewal information, or any other reason, please feel free to contact us here. We do encourage you to keep the email we send indicating your membership discount code for future reference. Please note that your membership discount code will only work with YOUR account as codes are tied to specific accounts.

We have not experienced this yet, but in the unlikely event that you do not receive an email with your membership discount code by 3 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us to help us ensure your contact information and expedite processing.

We do NOT nor will we sell or exchange any of our customers information for any reason except as may be necessary for processing the payment of your account at the time of payment, in effort to help ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent transactions. We have not changed these terms since our membership program began; however, we reserve the right to modify membership terms which will be posted here for notification.
