Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items through our unique "30 days of receipt of delivery" policy for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Our "30 days of receipt policy" means that we allow up to 3 business days from the time your order is shipped for you to receive your order before the 30 days begins for return of items that satisfy our return policy. We see no reason your 30 days for return should begin when your order is placed rather than giving you time for it to arrive.

If 30 days of receipt have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or full exchange; however, at our discretion, we may offer a discounted return (you may receive a portion of what you paid for a approved product return) as credit which you may use towards a purchase.  This credit is good for up to 1 year from the time the credit is entered and you are notified by email of the credit.  Your return must also be in the original packaging. We may ask for pictures or other documentation as part of consideration for a discounted return for credit. 

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as foods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and pre-approval.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer except for warrantied items after the 30 days of receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or returns for partial credit are granted (if applicable).

Books with obvious signs of use
CD's, DVD's, software, or games that have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds and returns for partial credit require a receipt and must be pre-approved. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or return for patrial credit.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 5 - 10 business days).

If you are approved for partial credit, a credit voucher will be applied to your account and emailed to you which you can use as credit towards another purchase up to 1 year from the partial credit approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance/closeout items (if applicable)

Clearance/closeout priced sales are final and are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon 30 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for preapproval and upon email approval send your item along with a copy of your receipt and email approval to: 1188 Nayon dr Layton Utah US 84040.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All returns must be preapproved.  Returns may or may not receive a refund or credit based on our refund policy.



We can ship to virtually any address in the US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, some products cannot be shipped by some shipping carriers and some carriers cannot ship to some addresses, we therefore reserve the right to ship by the best carrier option available to us at the time of shipping which may or may not be consistent with your shipping selection at checkout.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping/returning an item, particularly over $50, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Layton Warehouse Will Call Shipping Option

A limited number of items are available for will call pickup from our Layton Utah warehouse.  Items available for this will call pickup are noted as such on the item page and we make every effort to ensure this information is accurate with our stock.  In the rare event there is an error with this notation, we will attempt to reach you according to the terms noted below for items ordered in will call that are not at the Layton location.  If you purchase an item that is not available for will call pickup and select will call pickup, we will attempt to notify you of the error and seek a way to complete your order with your approval to include additional shipping costs. If we are unable to reach you or are not able to collect appropriate shipping, we will cancel and refund your order.

The Layton warehouse will call option is currently only available for Layton, Utah residences.  In the rare event that the will call option happens to be available and you choose it for shipping and you live outside the Layton area, we will attempt to contact you as noted above to seek arrangements for arranging to pay for and complete carrier shipping.

Please be aware of our limited hours for will call pickup (3 - 5 PM Mon - Thurs except holidays).
